As you step into the Maile Room, the first thing you will notice is how fresh, airy and up to date, it is. The queen size bed with crisp white linens begs you to take a late afternoon nap after spending the day at the beach. The spacious & clean private bathroom is updated with floor to ceiling travertine, accented with granite countertop & sink. The open walk-in shower has a hand-held shower head as well. The kitchenette has everything you need. From granite countertop, mini- fridge, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster & microwave. Kitchen utensils are provided. A daily self-serve continental breakfast is included. We re-stock it daily for your convenience to be enjoyed at your leisure.

The Fine Print
Holding the room:
We will email you back to let you know if the room is available for the dates requested. All stays require payment in full up front to hold your reservations.
Refunds:
A full refund is given if the reservation is canceled 60 days or more days before the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be given for reservations canceled less than 60 days before your check-in date.
FYI:
Three-night minimum stay. However, two-night is available from time to time. Please call or email to check availability and rate. Holiday rates may apply. As a general rule, we don't book more than six months out.

Booking
To reserve a room, we require the full amount to be paid upfront. All bookings by email are confirmed by email.
Cancellation of booking
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions. If you cancel your reservation with less than 60 days notice, you will not receive a refund.
Payment
Payment should be made on the day of your booking or reservation prior to your arrival by credit card. All credit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason. All transactions comply with the relevant legal requirements at the time of the transaction.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable due to reasons beyond our control. We would, however, attempt to find alternative accommodations for you. If we were unable to find suitable accommodations our liability would not extend beyond this point.
Pets
Sorry, we do not allow pets inside the house or on the property under any circumstances.
Arrival
Your room will be available to you from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your room.
It is much appreciated if you will notify us by email of the estimated time of arrival of your flight and arrival time here i.e. +90 minutes from flight arrival time.
Room
Please remember that this is our home that we open for people to be able to visit our lovely island. Please treat the room, towels, bedding, etc as you would at your own home or a friend's house. It is very much appreciated!
Smoking
There is absolutely no smoking in the room! If you must smoke, please do so outside the gate near the road. Please dispose your cigarette butts in the grey garbage can.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our home. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask is that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors while acting in the course of employment.
Privacy Policy
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer. We will not share your details with any third party.
